Love this apartment complex, they were able to help us get into an apartment on short notice when we had complications with our previous move. They really helped us out. The apartment we received was beautiful and very spacious. We over looked the lake and had plenty of sun. The storage in the 2bed Encore is amazing and they made our cat very welcome!

If you're looking for a pet-friendly Columbia apartment complex with convenient amenities, Aria Apartments is a great choice! We've lived here for over a year and enjoy the property's clubhouse, fitness center, and pool area. Its proximity to Perry Philips lake and trail makes it a particularly good complex for dog owners. The management, leasing agents, and front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is prompt and knowledgeable in fixing any problem, big or small. Aria is proactive about organizing fun events for residents, often at Park Restaurant & Bar.

I am pleased I chose Aria. Aria has the flavor of a village with a bank, beauty salon, animal hospital, small businesses, plus a great restaurant on site. The property has outstanding amenities. The caring staff and maintenance crew take pride and are attentive to any concern. A few miles away you will find everything unique to small cities and college towns. Two parks, trails, even one around a lake, are close-by. Sidewalks, just outside my door and on the property are well lighted. I feel safe. My small apartment is very functional and extremely quiet. Friendly residents greet in passing and visit casually. A bonus is the view.

We loved living at Aria - the office was very friendly and always easy to talk to. Our apartment was beautiful and had an amazing lake view! Would highly recommend Aria to anyone looking for a nicer place to live that also has fantastic amenities.
