PET POLICY
Aria is a pet-friendly community and welcomes both dogs and cats! Residents enjoy amenities like a fenced-in dog park, a scenic lake trail, and fun pet events throughout the year. All pets must be approved in writing and registered before move-in, with up-to-date vaccinations and proof of spay or neuter required. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet applies, with exceptions for documented emotional support or service animals. A $1,000 fee may apply for any unregistered pets. While we love pets, aggressive breeds are not permitted.
